Eiffel Tower
- The Eiffel Tower was amazing. I am afraid of heights and went to the very top, so awesome. I went two years ago and I am going again tomorrow. I will definitely go to the top of the Eiffel Tower....there is nothing like it in the world. An amazing memory for the rest of my life!

Skip the Eiffel Tower?!
- Are they kidding? Who cares about long lines and possible pick pockets! The Eiffel Tower IS Paris. How anyone could visit Paris without seeing this iconic and beautiful monument is beyond me. Would you visit New York without seeing the Statue of Liberty? No way!

Hard to over rate Paris
- Crowds are always a problem, but aside from that nuisance, the Eiffel Tower and all of Paris become a fantastic adventure in history and culture. Yes you might get ripped off by a street beggar--I did--but coming out of the joy of the Louvre it didn't seem to matter too much. We started with the bus tours and took all of them, then bought a map of Paris and spent time each day exploring a new specific treasure the city had to offer. It was expensive, exhaustive and fantastically exhilarating. See all you can; it's all worth it. This is our 2nd trip; next time we'll come to live I think.

Eiffel Tower- Just say no
- Be ready to run a gauntlet of aggressive street vendors to get to this attraction. Wait in long ques, shoulder to shoulder. Don't be surprised if you encounter a pickpocket. Get to the top, and don't be too surprised that the view from the first level was actually more beautiful. I will not visit again.
