The main collections at the Paris Fashion Week 2010 Spring/Summer haute couture event, which took place from January 25th-28th, were often heavily inspired by vintage glamour-- but many looks also seemed to belong on the set of a high-fashion sci-fi TV show. Bold, geometric designs, otherworldly colors and avant-garde makeup styles showed up on the runways more than once at this year's spring/summer couture shows, while the fantasy-drenched retro apparent in shows like John Galliano for Christian Dior was equally dominant.
