Extension for Paris Tramway

The Paris tramway, which currently curves around the southern rim of Paris east to west, will be extended to add new stations in the northeast part of the city. The extensions should be completed by 2012 and provide a nice alternative to the Paris metro or even Paris bus tours for those who wish to see the sights in areas like Montmartre.
