French customs and duty-free rules change

As of December 1st, visitors traveling to France from outside the European Union can bring more goods in personal luggage without being charged extra at customs. Also, the European Union has done away with quantitative caps on duty-free items like perfume, coffee and tea, making it less of a headache to bring these items through customs.
