We bought the 3-day pass this past summer and were happy we did. I don’t think we actually saved much money, but we were able to avoid a huge lineup at the Musee D’Orsay and found the pass paid for itself in convenience alone. On the topic of waiting in lineups (of which there are many at the popular Paris museums) one rotten, rainy day at the Louvre, we were pulled out of line because we had two small children, and hustled inside. We found this kind of special attention in London as well, so it never hurts to ask about special allowances for families — there has to be *some* advantages to travelling with a 3 yr old and one year old!!
